Laughter yoga is a concious practise of making yourself laugh for no reason! Through a series of activities we begin to laugh, and others begin to laugh, and it becomes infectious!

Laughter yoga brings many benefits including:

- deep breathing from the diaphragm

- aerobic exercise

- reduction of cortisol (stress hormone) and increase of seratonin (feel good chemical)

- connection with others

- mental resilience 

A freedom to laugh heartily, and a increased ability to laugh each and every day.
